corruption in college

please friend my one request to all of u that not use  old/ discolour/damage  chemical . because my college receive help from opening university  in lab. Sir(s also lab assistance ) ask / force to use that instead new , they manage our chemical rupiah(Rs) to there pocket ………………..PLEASE protect
